Good Modern FPS

So I've finally stopped being too lazy to post because I've recently gotten into the FPS genre. I'm getting Wolfenstein: The New Order for my birthday because it looked pretty good, but have come to the conclusion that most modern ones suck. So are there any new ones that are good? Basically these are the things I hate.
-Ironsights
-Sloooooooooow Movement
-Overly Linear
-Too Many Cutscenes and Overly Scripted "Gameplay"
-Two Gun Limits
-Cover Systems
-Regenerating Health (unless it only goes up to 20% or so)
None of these are complete deal breakers except 4 and 7, but I would like to know if any of the others are present.

Oh man...good luck with that. The best I can suggest are the Metro games, (Metro 2033 and Metro Last Light). It is a story oriented single player game. There are a lot of scripted scenes, but they usually deal with those interim moments between action sequences.

There's also the Rise of the Triad remake.

Though it doesn't fit what you're looking for I found Bulletstorm to be a lot of fun.

Thanks for the responses! Honestly I don't really need any modern FPSs, I was just curious as to if there were any recent ones that weren't crap.
I completely forgot about Shadow Warrior though. I might pick it up sometime, though it doesn't terribly interest me.
Just to clarify, I consider new to be 2005 and beyond.
