Saturn Boot issues. HELP!

Hi all,

Just a quick run down. Bought this at a garage sale for $10 so i don't expect anything from it, but here is the issue.

Saturn seems to boot up ok, asks for time and date, etc and then loads to menu.

If I have a game in, when i turn it on, it makes this ziiiip zoop, ziiip, zoop, ziiip zoop noise. I have pulled it apart and wathed it try to rnu a game. The laser is moving up and down trying to find a track or something.

The cd drive then winds down and comes to a stop as it enters the menu, and it sees it as an audio cd from what I can tell.

This is NOT a modded Saturn.

What I have tried:

1. Adjusting the laser via orange screw....no good.
2. Trying the same game in a brand new saturn I bought for collection purposes, works fine.

So its not the game, its obviously the saturn. Can the laser be aligned or something? It seems thats whats needed. I dont want to use my new saturn either. Id like to fix this one.

if its any good to know, if it came with at least one controller and cables you still made a good deal
