yeah, the Japanese version is much cheaper.
I love the artwork on Japanese Saturn games....

If that copy was in my hand I'd definitely purcahse it, but yeah, 25 bucks sounds about right. I've read many discussions on why the japanese one is cheaper, and there are many reasons. But hey, that one is worth 25 for the art alone!
