That's awesome! I love Outrun! I'm definitely getting that when it comes out. Couldn't come at a better time, too, since I've been on a driving game kick lately. I've spent the better part of the day playing Rad Racer.

Is it just me or does this look like outrun coast to coast for the original xbox on the 360?

if i have that game already, can i play over live with people using the xbla version? Thats the question.

From what I understand, it is based on O2 C2C, so if you have that game it will be really similar. You would think they would re-work something and add some kind of new feature where appropriate (other than just achievements) but we'll see. Not much is know about it yet. If I had to take a guess, I would say the online stuff would not be compatible across the new and old games. I'll be really surprised if that's the case.

It's part of the "Days of Arcade" promo, like what they did last summer. At the latest it will be out by the end of April.
