I believe I have the official DVD for Evo 2k4 lying around somewhere and also the official VHS of the 1st or second Japan 3S cooperation cup tournament.
Any particular reason in searching old tourney footage for CAP titles and 3S?
In regards to better quality, good luck. the scene was still in its early stages with regards to capturing footage especially compared to todays standards.
But yeah. You can find almost everything on youtube.
