Need help - Org Xbox Panzer Dragoon/Serious Sam 480p issues

I have a bit of a problem that I'd like to get some help with. Recently, I picked up Panzer Dragoon Orta for original Xbox. Whenever I try and load it in 480p, the video output is extremely distorted and corrupted. I've noticed the same thing happens with the Xbox build of Serious Sam 1, and Jet Set Radio Future. Does anyone know why this occurs and if there's a fix for it at this point?

I've tried loading the original retail discs or versions ripped directly to the harddrive and they all have the same issues.

If it helps, here are some details of my Xbox set up:

Xbox 1.6
750 GB Seagate Barracuda IDE harddrive installed
Aladdin XenoFX Modchip
Dashboard: XMBC 3.0r30836 (April 4 2011)
Using component video with all video modes enabled and supported

Do I need to download some sort of patch for these? I have access to AID 4.53 if I need it.
