Games won't load with Action Replay codes activated.

I can't play any games while codes are activated. The game loads up, everything works fine until I try to actually play the game (load a save file/load the game world). Did anybody else have this issue and how can I fix it? This feature is one of the main reasons I purchased the cart! Thanks.
