Quake III arena I believe is the only one that actually has games, but you will be able to get on the internet and post in forums like this if you have an all-broadband house.

Transfer saves without the nexus memory card, play Phantasy Star Online on Schthack's server.

Quake 3 and PSO (on Schthack's and dreamcast.onlineconsoles server) both suport it.
