Horse Racing sims for Saturn that don't require english?

Anyone know if any of the many horse racing sims for Saturn don't require english? I watched a video for Winning Post 2 and it seemed like japanese skill was a must.

I've been going to the horse races a lot lately and wanted to try one of these.
