Scan of Chrono Trigger's cartridge label? (SNES)

So I ordered a copy of Chrono Trigger which came in the mail today. I open up the package to find a quite torn cartridge label. I've looked on The Cover Project and tried doing searches, but I can't find a scan of the label online to print out a sticker of as a replacement. Can anyone help out?

Now if only someone would see my request for a Zero Gunner 2 scan in the archive section.

(Yes I've checked the usual suspects and the ones floating around are low res)

lol, took me forever to find someone who might have it, i spilled water on my cart and its ugly now

not even the cover project had it in their forums lol
