my new dreamcast setup

i'm enjoying my new dreamcast setup thanks to some family and friends. my best friend rachel got me the dreamcast for my birthday last year, my friend dave got me a vga box for xmas, and just this past weekend my mom got me an lcd monitor for $20.

Paint that power button grey and that monitor will really match the Dreamcast.

I think the powerbutton with the Sega Dreamcast logo would be pretty awesome...
I'm still not sure whether I'm a kid or a squid now.

Great set up. I love the clean look of it all (like the DC itself). And hey, the blue button would be perfectly in place if it were a PAL or Japanese console (with the blue swirl). And having a "Dreamcast" or "SEGA" label instead of the Compaq logo would be icing on the cake. Or it could just say "It's thinking" or something.

Very nice setup!! Also, playing Shenmue my favorite Dreamcast game of all-time.. 8)

Agreed, and nice setup. I have a similar setup but my monitor is somewhat a piece of crap, and it doesn't really match the Dreamcast at all.

Clean, simple and matches well, nice setup! I might have to invest in a VGA box and monitor in the near future. I'd like to mod the monitor to rotate vertically for shmups.
