I like it. Yes, the flight stick is analog and has x3 buttons - it's a bit twitchy, but doesn't take terribly long to grow into. Keep in mind this is a Japanese peripheral, so it's made for small-medium hands. I have pretty large hands and long fingers and sort of use a "claw grip" on the analog portion.

The "rest" on the left has two analogue buttons which can be mapped for throttle, brake, etc.

I have ridden in a helicopter over the grand canyon and got to put my hands on the controls and was being shown how it's done. Then I threw up.
