C64 emulation on Dcreamcast?????

Now I know this probably seems like a stupid question, as most people probably think there would be no point, but is there a C64 emulator for the Dreamcast?

I myself would like nothing more than to sit back on my couch, put in a bootable CD with a nice frontend (typing load all the time would obviously be a pain), and play Uridium, IO and Rescue On Fractalus.

I have never heard of a C64 emu for DC, this is more of an appeal to anyone who knows ppl in the mod-making 'scene' to ask/beg someone to make one :p

Come to think of it, an Amiga or ST one would also be very nice.

Any Amiga emulator has the kickstart ROM legal problem.
