Yes it's a former LeoPalace building. I pay less than half what a normal one would cost because mine's is privately owned and kind of on the older side. It's good for what it is and it's well insulated compared to other places I looked at when I moved around this same time last year.
I even got my own little backyard where I bust out my bbq occasionally.
