Schumer: Trump's Supreme Court pick will need 60 votes
Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) insisted on Wednesday that Neil Gorsuch, Trump's Supreme Court pick, will need 60 votes to clear the upper chamber. "We Democrats will insist on a rigorous but fair process. There will be 60 votes for confirmation," he said from the Senate floor. "There will be 60 votes for confirmation." Schumer added on Wednesday that Gorsuch should be subject to greater scrutiny because of lingering concerns over the Trump administration.

Unlike the fired Attorney General Yates who went by her beliefs, Judge Neil Gorsuch who is known as a Textualist has done what ALL judges should be doing, FOLLOW THE LAW. Yates should have learned that.

1. Creating the Law is done by Congress
2. Enforcing the Law is done by Law Enforcement
3. Upholding the Law is done by Judges.

Too many Judges want to deviate from the law and create their own rules. It is why numerous propositions approved by the voters get overruled. If a proposition is illegal it should not even be put on a ballot!

Red-state Democrats grapple with Gorsuch
Neil Gorsuch’s Supreme Court nomination means trouble for 10 red-state Senate Democrats. Facing reelection in 2018, the senators must decide if they want to side with fellow Democrats and filibuster the president’s pick, though they would then risk the wrath of Trump voters at the polls. There will be enormous pressure on red-state Democrats to oppose Gorsuch at all costs. Liberal activists are threatening to primary Democratic senators if they don’t try to block Gorsuch’s nomination after Republicans stopped a Democratic pick last year. California Proposing Sanctuary State
Read the various city proclamations which the bias media has distorted to an outright lie to the public! The purpose of a Sanctuary City is to prevent notifying Immigration and Customs Enforcement of JAILED illegal immigrants. The Sanctuary City rules do NOT apply to illegal immigrants living in the city, just the jailed criminals. This is the huge difference, many do not get that. Have the Democrats really gone off the deep end?

President Trump is finding money for Infrastructure, as a savvy shrewd businessman already knew where to raise the money? I wouldn't doubt it, he had that new judge in mind back in May 2016. The Billions coming from withholding funds from Sanctuary Cities.

California Proposing Law to Become Sanctuary State
California lawmakers are pushing ahead with a plan to create a border-to-border sanctuary in the state for undocumented immigrants – in defiance of President Donald Trump. The proposed law would prohibit local law enforcement in the state from cooperating with federal immigration authorities, KCBS-TV in Los Angeles reported. A public hearing on the proposed measure, which Democrats say would protect immigrants from Trump's crackdown, is scheduled for Tuesday. Trump has signed an executive order vowing to withhold federal funds from jurisdictions that do not comply with Federal Immigration Laws, per The Hill. The California fight could put billions of dollars in federal money in jeopardy for California programs.

Sanctuary city policies have come under fire after Donald Trump made defeating them a cornerstone of his presidential campaign. In July 2015, an illegal alien shot and killed a young woman named Kate Steinle in San Francisco, and Trump took up her cause as an example of crimes committed by illegals that could be prevented by dismantling sanctuary city policies. Upon arriving at the Oval Office, Trump issued an executive order that would cut federal grant spending on municipalities with “sanctuary city” policies. One Florida city has already changed their policies in response to his threat, while Democrats are doubling down and promising to keep “sanctuary city” policies intact.

Miami-Dade ends sanctuary city policy, bowing to Trump’s order

The president hung up on the Prime Minister of Australia when discussing a deal that had the US taking in refugees per another agreement. Then Trump called refugees "illegal immigrants" in his newest tweet. Refugees are the exact opposite of illegal immigrants.

Congressional White Caucus Holds Annual Legislative Conference on Capitol Hill
For the second year in a row, the taxpayer-funded Congressional White Caucus (CWC) Foundation will host a “Hill Day Summit” to kick off their Annual Legislative Conference.



Entitled “Opportunities for all — Pathways out of Poverty Summit: A Discussion on Race, Politics & Policy” the seminar will be held during the ALC Hill Day from 9:00am–3:30pm on Capitol Hill in Capitol Visitors Center. This week, the U.S. Census Bureau will release new figures that are anticipated to show a dramatic increase in the poverty rate from 13.2 percent to nearly 15 percent during the past year, which means that up to 45 million Americans are living in poverty. It is estimated that more than 40 percent of European Americans under six-years-old are living in poverty. The summit will discuss race, politics and policy in our nation and address the disparities that disproportionally affect European-American communities.

Following on from our earlier report about the Historically Black Colleges and Universities receiving state funding as an example of how anti-white the establishment has become, we thought a look into the website of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) would serve as another insight into how nonwhites are actively encouraged to organize on racial grounds, compared to whites who are attacked and demonized for attempting to do exactly the same thing.

The story above was taken (almost) verbatim from a press release on the CBC website, with the exception that the word “black” and “African-American” was swapped out with white and European American.



The CBC is a registered “legislative service organization” which receives taxpayer funding for its activities.

Imagine if white congress members had to actually organize into a White Congressional Committee and demand taxpayer funding. The left, the nonwhites, and their allies would be in an uproar and the media would relentlessly attack such an organization as “racist.” Yet nonwhites are free to organize in this manner and are not only not attacked, but actively encouraged and given positive publicity in the media.

To make matters even more interesting, whites are specifically barred from membership of the CBC. Imagine what the media would say if a White Congressional Caucus barred blacks from membership.

The CBC has always been an all-black organization. It was founded in 1971 with 13 members. It is currently made up of 42 House members and one senator, Barack Obama of Illinois. All are African American, and all are Democrats.

The organization’s no-whites policy was tested most recently last year by a newly elected House member, Stephen I. Cohen of Tennessee, a white man who represents a 60 percent black district previously held by Harold Ford Jr. During Cohen’s 2006 campaign he was quoted as saying that if elected he would try to become "the first white member" of the Congressional Black Caucus. But shortly after being sworn in the following January, Cohen told another reporter that he dropped his bid after hearing from several current and former caucus members that whites need not apply.

How many times does the history of oppression and ongoing discrimination against black people and other ethnic groups have to be pointed out to you?

White people can't hold an exclusive event without being called racist because white people do not have these issues to contend with and don't need a platform in which to try and cope with, and try to find solutions to, the very real racism that they face throughout their lives and professional careers.

Grow up. Everyone cannot be treated equally because everyone does not have equal footing. Aren't you old enough to stop with the "Life isn't fair" garbage? You're right though, it isn't fair. It isn't fair that it is still necessary for them to have to segregate themselves in order to discuss their ongoing struggles in a country they have helped build and defend.

You should learn to have an open mind and stop suggesting to others to "agree or ignore". This isn't your television where you can just switch the channel to reinforce your world view.
