The funny thing is I magically feel better if I wake up before noon. It never fails me. So I try to keep a consistent more normalized schedule right now ... usually. Seriously though a full time job is the perfect medicine to fixing a weird sleep schedule, lol. I remember in 2009 when I had a full time warehouse job, my weird schedule was fixed in one week instantly because of the working hours. I mean, obviously because of the hours but yeah, it just instantly helped "shift" my whole sleeping pattern right away.
I do 6 hours a lot myself but I need more than that, and then if I oversleep like 10 hours or more I feel even worse. It's hard to get that happy 7-8 hour medium...

that's what I'm saying. If I don't get at least 7 hrs sleep I feel physically sick the next day.
Well I don't get up for work until 10:30-10:45. I normally go to bed between 3 and 4 so that means I usually get 7+ hours of sleep on weekdays. I only about 4 1/2 today. Amusingly when I get little sleep I feel terrible when I have to get up, but I'm usually pretty alert during the day, aside from a midday slump that occurs sometimes.

I can totally handle getting only a few hours of sleep, but the consequences of that is that my guts act up all day. I feel extremely hungry early on, much more so than I usually do in the morning. Then I end up having to use the bathroom like three times in one day.

I stay up 'til midnight most days and get up around seven. I can go many days without much sleep, but then it all hits me at once and I have zero energy.

Hmm, I notice on really bad insomnia nights where it seems like I literally can't pass out, if I eat something (usually like a bowl of cereal during these times), it always helps me pass out right after. Weird how it almost never fails. If I do an all nighter my stomach usually seems fine though myself.

I'm going to bed at 4am (-ish) today, a full 4 hours earlier than last night. Maybe I can finally normalize my schedule a bit. Still, done translating Greek, and now for a game......gr, GTAIII, so addicting.
Man GTAIII had some hilarious level design. It was like San Fransisco Rush with those insanely huge ramp roads and stuff, my friends and I had good times just driving around like a maniac.
Vice City is probably my favorite though. San Andreas was good but so huge I never even finished it, lol.
