LOFL? Is that Lie on Floor Laughing?
Maybe "lolling on floor laughing". A lol within a lol? Whoa.

No, but the employees at the stores have incentives to do so. It takes no imagination to think that many managers will explicitly ask their employees to do this, and many employees will do it on their own.
Well it looks like GS is one step closer to this.
These are Gamestop's new stickers. They just started putting these guys on games in the past week or so.
To me it looks like they are getting a little vague. The new(product) sticker looks alot like this one. Under the red line, instead of having a used pro member price, it says 'Pro member get 10% bonus points'.
So you'll have to double check the sticker before you buy a game there now.

"Pre-owned" is pretty obvious to me. I mean come on, I whine about a lot of stuff and this just seems silly to me. As Noise said, you won't have to look in two places anymore.

My issue with it is that I think it may further hurt new game sales. I guess that they do something similar in FYE (maybe..... it's been a while). It could help reduce shelf clutter and make the stores look like less of a mess.
I think it's fine for them to push used games, it just seems like this may give used even more of a retail edge. If I was a publisher and saw stuff like this I'd probably push even more towards digital models or further devalue second hand copies. I like physical games and really don't want them to go away. I know they won't any time soon, but things like this just stress me out.
