Bone's NEW Game Room - 2014 Edition
Bought a house in July 2014. Got the game room set up about a month later. Here it is!
TV set-up:
Boxed VIC-20 and Commodore 16 chillin' in the corner:
Some other views of the room:
This is a nice sturdy set of CD shelves I found on the side of the road a few years ago. It has grooves for CDs - which is totally impractical for me given the amount of digipaks and double CDs I own. But it's great for games. Here's DS and 3DS:
NES carts:
SNES carts:
Genesis carts, Game Gear stuff, floppy disks... Those plastic cases on the bottom left house some of my childhood NES games:
A few boxed items:
Atari 5200, Atari 7800, Intellivision, and Commodore 64 carts:
Japanese Saturn, Turbo / PC Engine, Master System, Genesis:
Boxed Gen / SNES / Super Famicom / N64 / NES, PlayStation 2:
Xbox, GameCube, PSP, N64 carts, Game Boy / GBC / GBA carts, Super Famicom carts, and a few other things:
Some TI-99/4A games on top (a couple got cut off in the pic), Neo Geo CD, boxed GBA, Atari 2600:
Atari, VIC-20, and some other loose carts:
Model 2 Tandy Color Computer, Model 1 Saturn, Virtual Boy:
Sega CD and Saturn:
A small amount of anime on DVD and VHS + some big box PC and Neo Geo AES games:
Big boxes:
All of the Nintendo Power issues left over from my childhood + strategy guides:
Boxed Intellivision games and some other miscellaneous stuff:
Consoles in storage - Atari 5200, Odyssey 2, TI-99/4A, GameCube:
More consoles. You probably recognize most of these:
My CD collection. 400+ discs:
PC and PlayStation games:
7th and 8th gen - Wii, Wii U, PS3, Xbox 360:
My (very black) HD set-up - Wii U, Xbox 360, PS3, Retron 5:
CRT station - TurboGrafx-16, PS2, Saturn, Wii, Xbox, N64:
A complete Model 3 Tandy Color Computer system w/ RGB monitor and an Atari 7800 hooked to an old ass TV. It's not very practical to actually stand and play the games here, but it's a good set-up for testing purposes and of course I can always move the systems when I want to play them for extended periods of time:
Some manga and a few other items:
Another view of the televisions:
I finally have ample storage in this room for extra controllers and whatnot:
My computer desk - a modern gaming computer + Commodore 64:

I like it. Now that they are all displayed, you have a lot more games than I thought you had! I think I could have fun in that room.

Definitely a nice setup Bone

That's one bangin' setup dude! If I recall, your last setup made me think you only had a bookshelf and a couple totes worth of games. Jeez..
Re: Bone's NEW Game Room - 2014 Edition
Digging the dual setup of the computers on the desk; mixing the young with the old. I wish I had the room to do that.

Nice setup man! I have to keep an eye out for those Slayers tapes, they look gorgeous stacked next to each other.
What game is that running on the right monitor in your PC area?

Very nice! I can't wait to see it the next time I am up your way.
Having seen it in person, I can attest that Bone's collection is completely legit.
