Also, I may decide to draw something for this year too. Maybe I'll draw better? Probably not.
I have an idea of something to do but I dunno how awesome I can make it.

i have some stuff. nothing huge this year, but i definitely have some stuff to donate. some of it may not qualify as "not junk" and that's fine, so i trust dave's judgment on this one.
Last year we had some digital downloads as mystery prizes tied to bidding higher then a certain ammount on certain items. I don't think that worked too well as it ended up encouraging low bids on a lot of items that otherwise would not have been bid on. In the end it pushed the cost of shipping up but did not add a whole lot to the profits.
However, I have a bunch of digital gifts that I have been saving for this, so I was just wondering if there are any plans to improve that system at all, or even replace it with a better system. Maybe a raffle of some sorts, buying in for really cheap to get a chance to win one. Or maybe as prizes given out to people that cause us to pass certain money milestones (ie. the person who causes us to pass the $500 dollar mark gets his choice of digital game, even if he doesn't win the item he bid on that caused us to pass $500).
I don't know, just thinking about some stuff. Thoughts would be appreciated.
