PAL TO NTSC Patch Program for all CD/DVD Consoles?

I have quite a few PAL games for all the various CD/DVD consoles from the Saturn, PSX all the way up to the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii and was wondering if there are any PAL TO NTSC Patch Programs out there for all of these console systems?

And if so, where can I find them? Thanks.

Few PAL games offer both 50hz and 60hz modes. ICO comes to mind.

I've successfully patched a PAL PS1 game to NTSC once. But it was a while back and I really don't recall the name of the program I used to patch it. There was a similar thread, maybe a few months ago, and I think some one mentioned the name of the program.

Saturn one is called - Saturn Region Patcher. There's one for PS1 called Pal4u2000 I believe that will convert both directions for NTSC<->PAL. I've only used the Saturn one though.

Does the Saturn Region Patcher also patch the display mode from PAL to NTSC or does it just patch the Region, so you can play the PAL games on an NTSC Saturn?

Just the region, the Saturn's freq is hard coded, you need to mod the system itself to switch between 50/60hz.

Hmm, forgot about that. It just changes the region code. I have no idea if there's anything in the game code that needs to, or can be switched for the display. I had only switched Japanese images to US before I got a 4in1.
