2005 Classic Gaming Expo

From Joystiq:
This weekend, Burlingame, California plays host to the 8th annual Classic Gaming Expo, an annual tribute to the games, systems and notaries of yesteryear. Just like all of us who grew up playing video games and who are now fighting the battle of the bulge, the show keeps getting bigger. Some highlight’s from this year’s schedule:

  • An arcade featuring dozens of classic coin-op machines set to free play will be open all day on both days.
  • Play a variety of rare games on working Atari 2600, Vectrex, Nintendo NES, and Genesis consoles.
  • A classic gaming museum featuring over 1000 items, including many one-of-a-kind gaming artifacts.

The show is open to the public and to all ages. Single-day pass: $15. Weekend pass covering both days: $30.
