Racketboy Podcast #45 – The Banner Saga
Stoic studios is a small development team made up of former Bioware employees. The team at Stoic is developing the successfully kickstarted game The Banner Saga. The Banner Saga will be released in separate parts; first as a free to play online multiplayer game ad then as a single player campaign experience. The combat is grid based tactical RPG style and the campaign will add story elements and gameplay compared to King of Dragon Pass. The interview covers the team’s background, their inspiration and motivations in creating the Banner Saga, details about the game, and thoughts on the Kickstarter experience.
