I didn't watch through the whole thing, but is it using the same basic setup as the PC Dosbox compatability pack like this?

Interesting! Screen size kills me though (although gives me flashbacks a bit to when I used to use the DS Web Browser on a regular basis pre smart phones)
Any idea why Windows 3.0 instead of 3.1?
