Place that list all the TurboDuo games with outer boxes?

I actually brought this up on pcenginefx to help out. Vasteel and Exile: WP had sleeves, not boxes. And with the exception of pack-ins (3-in-1 Gates of Thunder disc included), the only regular CD games that lacked boxes were Splash Lake and Buster Bros. No Super CD games had boxes, just as the later TTI HuCard releases lacked jewel cases.

Splash lake and BB were some of the early TTI releases right?
