Which 7800 arcade stick did you get? I remember looking at some. Aladin IIRC.
Did y'all know in Europe, they got this 7800 controller:
Vicki & Ricki has a 10 buck Windows version that comes with the 7800 ROM which got me excited but.... apparently uses a proprietary sound chip so it doesn't work with normal emulators. They have a custom emulator you can DL on their AA thread. Seems like a lot of hoops as its no longer made in physical form, but great to see how polished the game looks.
Worth noting many of the arcade ports on the 7800 were aging by 84 canceled release, much less the true delayed 86 launch. We didn't see much of what the system could do in retail window. Awesome to see homebrew carrying it further
Have you played ATARI today!!!

That looks cool, a geometry dash clone. I'd be interested in picking that up. Thanks for sharing!

No 5200. Cowards...
Seriously though, I'd like to know more about the video output options (if any). In short, will it have terrible video output like a lot of clone consoles?
Re: Have you played ATARI today!!!
Honestly, this *is* tempting. But I still have two working CRTs, so I'm not sure this is the way to go. I'm torn between future-proofing and upgrading later. I had the same conundrum with Analogue's products. If only they weren't all about limited editions...

I recently got a 5200, a bunch of games, and four controllers, but none work right. I even replaced the conductor ports inside and added conductive tape to the pads...
I want to play my 5200 games!

Wow, I'm not sure I need the system, but I will take a set of paddles. If they're quality, a brand new set would be amazing.
