NOTE: Genesis port has an additional 9th stage.
NOTE 2: The mobile versions of Raiden Legacy do NOT let you change the number of lives for Raiden. It starts you off with 5 lives. You CAN change the number of lives to 3 on the PC version, so I will only be counting scores for PC.

Put an hour or so into this on MAME. Made it to about 1-2. The difficulty spike from 1-1 to 1-2 is surprising. Spreadshot is definitely the way to go, and I prefer upgrading homing missile over the other.

Yeah, even though I can't legit get to Stage 2 yet, I've continued to it for "content tourism purposes." There are all of a sudden way more ships and bullets for sure.
