Just started playing tonight

87,400 - Lazer - 8bit Meat Lazers - Bosque - Wind Armor - Wii VC

Is the d-pad on the classic controller bigger than the one on the wiimote? Because the wiimote one is prettttttyyyy small.

EDIT: I scored 99,900 shortly after this. Yes, just wait about thirty seconds after dying to see your score on the demo screen. I'll upload a pic when I get a decent score.

So what is the deal with the level order? Is there one we should be using? Does it matter?

Some stages are easier than others depending on what ou start with. Really it's just trial and error to find which order works for you.

To piggyback on Chris's comment - i'm not seeing a score advantage to going one way or the other. The stages that score higher are the stages with more enemies.

My strategy is play the easier stages first to load up in the shop for the more difficult stages.

I'm not seeing anything complex about scoring either...

Decent game - though the hitbox is really difficult for me to figure out. Also, the background sometimes "holds" you from moving forward - it doesn't kill you, you just sort of get hung up on it? It's awkward. The bosses are becoming easier and easier - just a matter of finding the right pattern...and where to actually shoot them

348,000 - 8bit - 8bit Meat Lazers - Bosque - Water Armor - TurboDuo

Had my best run so far this morning before work. This is actually a pretty easy shmup but the hit box is a little hard to figure out though like Mike said. Just need a little more play time and I feel like I will clear some of the harder stages.
