Ok, seriously. Scarper? Ryan? Wip3out? How the hell do you beat the Stage 4 boss? I made it there with 3 lives and still got emasculated. I usually try to focus down the laser-feet, but then I get swarmed by bombs.

Starting playing on a CRT instead of an HDTV. I assume the lack of input lag is helping my score. Anyone else interested in playing? Seems no one else has posted a score since 2012 - now is as good a time as any to dive back in!
On this last run I was killed by the mechs right before the giant tunnel wall-crawling area 4 boss.

It's a bitch. I highly recommend killing it by taking out two of its legs on the same side, makes it go by much faster. It'll fall to it's quick death in the abyss below.
