I have been using the Dreamcast VGA cable from Racketboy for a couple of years, and it has performed flawlessly. I just bought a VGA box, also from Racketboy, because I have some games that are not VGA compatible and wanted to be able to play them on my TV. I swapped the VGA cable for the VGA box last night and immediately began hearing buzzing through my speakers. If I wiggle the VGA box a bit, I can get the noise to stop, but sometimes simply opening the disc tray is enough to wiggle the box back to making the buzzing noise again.
Has anyone had this experience and figured out how to make the noise stop? Does it sound like a defective VGA box? Thanks for your help.
