You can download a free demo off the Hong Kong PSN store, then purchase the unlock key. Obviously, you'll need to create a Hong Kong account. You'll also have to purchase a PSN card you can use on the Hong Kong site to buy the game. I think playasia sells them
The unlock key cost roughly ten bucks if I remember correctly, so you can get this pretty cheap
