I need a recommendation(s) for a possibly last PC engine game:

But 1st, my modest, but satisfying collection:

US Turbografx 16 games:
Bonk's Adventure
Bonk's Revenge
Blazing Lazers
Dungeon Explorer
Keith Courage
Legendary Axe
Military Madness
Neutopia
Ninja Spirit

Jpn PC Engine games:
Armed F
Bomberman '93
Dragon Saber
Dragon Spirit
FinalBlaster
Galaga '88
Space Invaders
Super Star Soldier

I just want 1 more worthwhile but inexpensive game to fit in a 9-card holder for my import set.
Any suggestions?

Probably not interested in the Sega ports, other Bombermans, Devil's Crush, or R-Type, as I have other ports or options for them. But I'll hear reasoning for anything.

We have almost the same PC Engine games. My suggestion would then be Shubibinman 2, 1943 Kai, either Alien or Devil Crush (Crash), or perhaps Air Zonk. I never owned Valkyrie, so I can't attest to it, but it always looked cool. Some people like Tower of Druaga, but I never got into it. It's cheap though. Final Soldier would round out your Soldier collection.

I do have Namco Museum Vol 5 in PS1, so I think I'm set on Valkyrie.
I know Dragon Spirit is there too, but that's a special case for me (I love the home ports of that in particular).
Without Namco Vol 5, Valkyrie would be a must have for me.

Yeah, I am considering Final Soldier or Alien Crush (as I passed up the US version).
Shubibinman 2 is a new one for me though. Looks fairly unique.

Really, my import hu-card set was going to be a bit odd anyway. My last one might just go to whatever I find the best deal on.

Thanks for the recs so far.
I'm in no hurry, but gives me cards to look for.

Alright Bone, I'm getting Valkyrie anyway 8) . I figure it's different enough from the arcade to justify (maybe) and I think I have enough regular shooting games (even if some are a little basic).

So there I go.
I may well end up with another Soldier game or Alien Crush one day (and do another set of 9 while I'm at it), but I'll have to wait for a good deal there.
Of course, everdrives/etc and ports suit me well too, so maybe I really am done after this.

Cool little system and I have no regrets passing on the mini and concentrating on the real deal.

The kids and I played some PC Engine the other day. Mostly Ninja Gaiden for the TR thread and some Bomberman 94 for quite a while after.

I started up Cho-Aniki when they left. My youngest came by again. At first he looks incredibly perplexed and asks, “What is THIS?” After a couple of minutes he says, “Oh I know. This is someone’s weird dream, right dad?” and he wandered off. It gave me a chuckle.
