That's the crazy thing... bought an external drive that worked for others. Really strange. Think it has something to do with PC I/O itself. It's 7 years old & due for an upgrade anyway, but 90% of my "PC" use is done via work laptops or mobile these days. Hard to justify.

Not a huge deal with PS1 emu being solid, but would be nice vs spending a chuck on ODE with soldering for original hardware.
