Polygon is saying that there's a new Ducktales cartoon coming out.

My best guess is that there will be a new videogame. It's going to be a tie-in with the new cartoon series.

You are probably right. IMDb is supposed to do some verification that a project really exists but I guess this one slipped through the cracks.
