Re: The ongoing "AWESOME DEAL ON THE WEB!" thread

Indievania is finally launching their new indie digital distribution site. This is the site I wrote about a few months ago where 100% of the money you spend goes directly to the developers and the site itself is run off of donations.

http://www.indievania.com/

To start off with a bang, they are having a big sale:

On sale are:
Defy Gravity Extended - $1
Swift*Stitch - $1.40
Cardinal Quest - $1
Dragons vs Spaceships - $1
Inside a Star Filled Sky - $1.99
Blocks that matter - $1
Metal Dead - $1
Climb to the Top of the Castle! - $1
Milkstone Studios Bundle - $1
Wizorb - $1
BEEP - $2
Cthulhu Saves the World & Breath of Death VII - $1

There are several good games in here, but I most highly recommend Wizorb. It's like a mix of Zelda and Arkanoid. It's great (though it gets a bit too difficult in the later levels).
My contributions to the Racketboy site:
Browser Games ... Free PC Games ... Mixtapes ... Doujin Games ... SotC Poetry

Not AWESOME deal but

Buy 1 get 1 half off of Mario games and accessories at toys r us(looks like it's limited 1 deal per order and looks like it also includes Donkey Kong as well)
you have to pay shipping as well(from what I saw)

Notable games still in stock(at the time of this post)

$50
New Super Mario Bros. Wii
Donkey Kong Country Returns
Mario Sports Mix
Super Mario Galaxy 2
Mario and Sonic Olympics 2012
Fortune Street
Super Smash Bros. Brawl

$40
Mario Kart 7
Super Mario 3D land

$20
Super Paper Mario
Mario Strikers Charged
Mario Super Sluggers
Super Mario Galaxy

There are other accessories(cases, stylus, shirts)
Not sure if anything notable that's high quality is in there

If this was posted elsewhere my mistake

Sonic Generations for PS3 is $20 on Newegg today, with free shipping. Don't know how long the sale will last.

Looks like Space Marine has hit the bargain basement. Gamersgate has it for $10.18 (or $8.65 if you got that amazing 15% off for life from IGN Prime) and if boxes are more your speed Amazon has it for $11.45 shipped.

Great game. Worth the original MSRP IMO and a downright steal at $10.
