You know whats worse than auto save? Corrupted save!
Beyond Two souls with its fancy interface had a "do not shut down during saving" which I did not notice, all my saves was gone near 80% into the game. No backups or anything, or point to go back to . What if there is a power failure?

Just learned about a free ebook of classic video game (and some VHS) covers by Mike Winterbauer that should be of interest to folks!

I didn't recognize the name Mike Winterbauer, but I recognize his art! I really appreciate his sharing of the art without logos/titles and some info about his process. Lots of classic stuff!

$220 can last me a whole year, given I buy used games and retro ones like $10 (or less) on GOG. In fact can last me more than a year as I hardly complete a game per month.
