Stone Age Gamer is now carrying replacement Sega CD and Saturn cases, and you can purchase them in whatever quality you want (including just one). The price is a little steep in my opinion, especially if you need it for a cheap game or a lot of them.

Thanks for the info, Ziggy! It's nice to see these available from a reputable seller. I don't have too many Sega CD or Saturn games, but this is a good resource as it's tough to find these games with cases still in good condition.
