Namco Bandai filed for new trademarks in Japan recently. Klonoa of the Wind Encore sounds like a new game in the series, but "Klonoa of the Wind" is just the Japanese name for the first game in the series Klonoa: Door to Phantomile. Speculation is that they will just be remakes.
Still, any news of Klonoa is great news IMO.
