Nice review, noise. Now finish it up!
And I hate to be "that guy" but you should give EarthBound another shake. It starts off deceptively slow, lulling the player into thinking it's just another Dragon Quest wannabe. Then, as it progresses, it gets incredibly intense and interesting. The final hours are absolute perfection.
