RetroArch (Windows) > Genesis GX Plus > SEGA CD > .ogg = :/

Post by fuctfuct »

Couldn't get my iso/mp3 rips to work. So i tried iso/ogg (heard it worked with GX Plus). Thought it was working great. However, the tracks don't loop. When a level track ends i get an odd digital noise until the level is complete.

Is this just the current state of the emulator or is there something i can do?

---Please don't waste your time going off about how L33T bin/cue is. I have a full set of SEGA CD in bin/cue, 7ziped. I create what i call 'pay sets' of 150 games (or less) per system that i will actually play. I keep these separate from my 'archive' for use with emulators. If the disc is ripped correctly and music encoded at a 'transparent' setting, i see no reason to have a full bin file sitting there. Other then the reason i am making this post! heh

If it's got to be RetroArch then I have no idea as not very familiar with it. I use Kega Fusion on my HTPC for Sega CD with bin/cue rips, works great.

Yea, I've never had a problem with Kega.
