Re: List of SNES to GBA Ports?
Doom for GBA isn't really based on the SNES version of Doom. If anything, GBA Doom is closest too the Jaguar version of Doom. But I'm just splitting hairs.

Jaguar? but that's 64 bit and not 32 bit like the GBA...anyway, i input that in there because it also has the same name as the SNES version. Most GBA version ported from the SNES has been updated with minor graphics, sound improvement and text translation (some port games are even toned down). so I would say it does count since it's "updated" from the SNES version but still the same game.
oh another thing: Fire Pro Wrestling

Re: List of SNES to GBA Ports?
Necro-bump!
Tales of Phantasia (originally on Super Famicom) was ported to GBA.
Pac-Attack (originally for SNES and Gen) is on the Pac-man collection.
How about NES to GBA ports?
I know of the Classic NES series (Ice Climber, Bomberman, Excite Bike, Zelda, Zelda II, Super Mario, Donkey Kong, Metroid, and others in international markets), Capcom Classics mini mix (Strider, Mighty Final Fight, Bionic Commando), Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland, Metroid Zero Mission (remake), Final Fantasy I & II, Super Mario advance (Super Mario Bros 2 USA), and Super Mario Advance 4 (Super Mario Bros 3). What else? There's also the NES games on e-reader. I don't know much about that. I've never even seen an e-reader in the wild.

Re: List of SNES to GBA Ports?
I know it's an old thread, but it's the main hit on Google when I myself went looking for THE list of SNES to GBA ports. This list is definitely the most complete, but I noticed it was still missing a few. So I did my own research and decided to turn it into a video for my own small YT channel. Here's the video I made out of the full list:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xurqNOafU6Y
Anyway, here is the full list I came up with. I added an asterisk after each game that isn't on the list in the first post and a double asterisk after each game not mentioned in this thread at all:
Before I could begin, I had to create some rules on which games to count and which to leave out:
-Naturally, I included games that were direct ports of SNES-only games.
-I also chose to include games that were a port of a multi-platform game that also appeared on the SNES, even if it didn’t use that version as a base (ex. Doom). I did this because these games are often counted as ports and can be compared 1:1 well in a video.
-I decided to not include games that differ completely in gameplay/level design (Super James Pond on SNES/James Pond 2 on GBA). Those are more like remakes than ports.
You can remove Doom, SC2000 and Wolfenstein from my list as I can see why you wouldn't include them. But Metal Max 2, Angelique, Mr. Nutz and Crazy Chase are all clear ports.
I think I found every port in my research for my video, but if anyone has a good case to add another title to the above list then let me know.

Re: List of SNES to GBA Ports?
Nice. You found Crazy Chase. I grabbed a copy of that for my GBA a few weeks ago, and until I saw it for sale, I had no idea it had been ported to the GBA. It’s always cool to learn new things about old system!
Re: List of SNES to GBA Ports?
Thanks.
As these things always go when you go for a video that ends in Ever, someone on Reddit immediately added that I missed Lucky Luke (SNES) / Lucky Luke Wanted (GBA)
Damn

One more addition someone pointed out:
Asterix & Obelix: Bash Them All! contains a new game and Asterix & Obelix SNES version.
Damn PAL-only games!
