It's probably just the angle of the shot. Of course, living in a secluded community with no zombies to constantly run from probably doesn't encourage the level of cardio all living humans should practice during a zombie apocalypse.
Considering the new state of their wall, Rick and Co. might have been better initiating a workout schedule instead of spending all their time repairing a section of a wall that does them little damn good when a freaking building goes and falls on another section of it.

As for Glen.... Meh. I think I would have preferred they just knock him off, but whatever. He's alive...yay.
I'm with you about the girl, though. I certainly wouldn't have faulted Glen if he'd given her a good swift smack on the back of the head after she pulled a gun on him.
. I for one am happy that TV allows for women to keep working while pregnant (even though it's only because of the necessity of keeping the character in the story). No way even the most popular female actress could get a role in a movie while pregnant (unless of course it's the role of a pregnant woman)
