I appreciate it everyone. I am staying with a close mutual friend of ours & his family. Gonna be moving around a lot the next few months.

You're lucky that even with my front tire being flatter than Bizarro World Elvira and the weather being cold AF that I'm in a great mood. I'm not allowed to say why, though. And all things considered, if I can't say anything then I legit can't say anything.

But it's not all great news with me.

A few nights ago I look out my bathroom window and see an ambulance at my brother's place. Turns out he had a panic attack and/or angina. He's in a dark place and I'm worried. His wife is "out of town" for a month or two and he's been struggling financially. I just hope he's staying clean, especially given how proud he's been of being sober for so long.

Is that the same girl he had issues with all these years? I mean i wish your brother well facing his demons but maybe he should give up on her. Does "out of town" for a couple months mean locked up or rehab? You've always presented these 2 as toxic.

His wife, who he married last year. Not his ex-wife "Betty" or his ex-girlfriend "Veronica" who he dated before Betty.

As far as I can tell he and his wife "Josie" are in a good place with their relationship.

And she's not in rehab or detox. It was some BS from an out of state piece of BS that got her behind bars this past July.

You're probably thinking of Betty.

:D First day back at my morning job.

 Been out of the game so long it took awhile to figure out which end of the bat to hit the puck into the hoop with. Doesn't help that a few things got moved around.

But thankfully by the last hour of my shift I got a bit into my old groove.

Doesn't help that I slept like shit last night.

Bought some Daft Punk 400% Bearbricks and the arm for Thomas's was snapped clean off when I opened the box. Seller didn't individually wrap them, just kinda put some bubble wrap around them so they were able to freely bounce around the box (which was also not marked fragile). Sent the guy a message and he said no returns or refunds and told me to just glue it.

Like, motherfucker I just paid $300 for two giant Lego men essentially; you got me fucked up if you think I'm just going to sit back and take that. I sent a message to Grailed and left a one star review. I'm hoping for a partial refund cause I totally could glue it back on, but It's not what I paid for.

Sorry to hear that. I know I'd be pissed if something like this happened with my last major purchase.

Also... $300 for giant Lego figures?!
