The cast recording of Six: The Musical, which frames the story of the six wives of Henry VIII as a pop concert where they each tell their story from their point of view, while competing to be the group's lead singer.

Demilich finally clicked with me. Once you get into the vocals it's essential death metal.

Made me think of Civilizations, though it's not the same sort of ambient kinda track.

This is actually the most baffling hip hop release. Been following Semetary for a while and even for him this is strange. Only logical explanation is that this is a satire on how overblown trap rap is becoming with how heavy it is that he takes it to an extreme.

Have you stumbled upon butchers harem? Some weird rap shit out there lol. Maybe I'm just getting old, or to old school, but stuff like that sounds like trash to me. I mean WTF? I'm a big fan of the early Memphis trap scene. Good to see some if the OG's releasing new videos of their older shit, example https://youtu.be/X4coPABW0sE.

Memphis represent! I still listen to When the Smoke Clears and Mista Don't Play all the time. And Tela. I've spent a few years now trying to accurately transcribe the lyrics to his "Incredible." What's incredible is that it's not already out there!
