I know nothing about 97, but I do love Columns games so I'd be cool.

Street Racer Extra looks awesome.

Is the JPN version of Deep Fear in English? (EDIT: Yes, all voices are in English. I'm ok w/ keeping these both as they look great and I'd think importing the JPN NTSC versions make more sense than the PAL versions anyway)

...and, it's an ATLAS/CAVE game.

What about Fire Pro Wrestling 6 Man Scramble? (or others) some are exclusive to SAT-J, but I think menus are all JP and it might be frustrating - anyone know?

I've spent a lot of time into Fire Pro D (Dreamcast), and some time with Fire Pro Returns (PS2) and Fire Pro G (PS1). The menu's are easily manageable, but the hard part is getting all the name/costume changes as that's very time consuming. I'd say if you've never played Fire Pro, S is a very good entry from all the features it includes. 6 man tag is its exclusive feature (as in 6 can play at once), and multiplayer is fun as all get out when you all learn the controls.

At the same time, I wouldn't necessarily be opposed to checking it out. As Mick alluded, a cheap exclusive is interesting nonetheless.

@Joe: I actually seem to like Toshinden more than most people do, haha.

Yeah, I can vouch on the quality of DX-hird. I didn't enjoy it one bit. Bad graphics, terrible framerate, unintuitive controls. But hey, that's just my take on it after playing it for about an hour. It wasn't fun at all for me and i'm pretty open about fighting games.

I think it would be awesome to find a wrestling game for this project but I think anything in the Fire Pro series is DQ'd by this:

has not been fully discovered, discussed, or otherwise enjoyed by the vast majority of gamers.

True, but those are for Europe and Japan regions, respectively, aren't they?

I... really don't know. And I'm not really clear on if that DQ's the game or not anyway. Personally, I'm all for including it as it looks like an awesome game.

But Mike's the boss here. So what say you, boss? What's your thoughts on Bubble Symphony, Fire Pro WhicheveronepeoplethinkisthebestonSaturn, and the Columns Collection?
