NesterDC is probably the best emulator for Dreamcast, but DreamSNES sucks. SNES4all is way better, though still not perfect, but at least it's still being developed.

I'd also have to go with the PS1 if the PS2 and PS3 are unavailable. After that, I'd choose the Dreamcast.

I completely disagree on Gamecube games going up in value, they must be as low as it will get in the foreseeable future. Not that they were ever expensive, the best games in the system are all very common, with only Fire Emblem being uncommon and sought after. I don't know. I just remember gamecube...
