A saturn that runs off of sd cards??? There might be a future for that. Though I am not quite so good at dev-work (read: never done it) the proposed hardware does interest me. I might even be persuaded to replace the VCD card in my console. It definitely gives me hope that my favorite console may still have life in it yet.

While I confess that some of the more technical aspects of this article were beyond my ken, I now look on my Saturn with greater reverence and I applaud the work of those who work to make it do more than those who designed it ever thought of.

Great interview, it's always interesting to know the thoughts of someone in the Saturn homebrew scene.

By the way, probably you guys missed it, but I've covered the last Saturn Coding Contest on the SJY.
