There is a new addition to the Digital Lifestyle book series put out by ExtremeTech named Project Arcade. This book detailing how to build your own arcade machine is written by John St. Clair and has received very nice reviews so far.

There are many resources online that explain different parts of building your own MAME cabinet, but this book offers all that information bundled together in a nice package and written for less-experienced people.

Every now and then I’ll post a website that I’ve stumbled upon that is a good source of information for RetroGaming readers. My first featured website is Dreamcast Links. It’s a simple but useful site devoted to Sega’s 128-bit wonder. Loaded with links to all the basic information you could want, the site has enough to keep Dreamcast owners, new and old, busy for quite a while.
