I’d be running my DC to the VGA input on my 50″ HDTV and the cable seems pretty short…I’m assuming I’d need to connect it to something else first?

  8. Yes, you’ll need a standard male-to-male VGA cable to attach them — just like in the first picture…

Is this cable sega brand or third party?

  10. It’s third party, but the quality is just as good.
    Thanks for your interest!

I just ordered the vga cable. I accidently threw out my av cables a couple of years ago and I was stuck using the RF switch and let me tell you, it does not look pretty.

I hope the games look awesome.

I just got my vga cable today and I must say wow! The games look so crisp and clear. It’s true that most 2-D fighters look pixelated, but that’s the way they’re supposed to look.

As for 3-D games the ones that I kept which are Shenmue, Rayman 2 and THPS 2 all look great. All the games that I tried, worked, except The Last Blade 2.

Here are the ones that I tried:

    Capcom vs SNK
Fatal Fury: Mark of the Wolves
Last Blade 2 (did not work)
    Mars Matrix
    Marvel vs Capcom 2
    Rayman 2
    Shenmue
    Street Fighter III: Double Impact
    Street Fighter III: Third Strike
    Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2

Oh, and I’m using a US Dreamcast.

    Thanks, Racketboy.

    Hi mate
ive purchased a vga box, not the one youve got advertised here but the other one you have earlier on (clear plastic box with the ports for either your pc or tv and the ones for the audio), plugged into my samsung plamsa and it works but some of the colours are pinkish. am i doing something wrong or does this one youve got advertised work better?
    cheers
    Mark

  15. Sounds like it might be defective — I’ve seen that happen before…

I’m very much interested in this product. How long would it take if it will be shipped in the Philippines?
