Defender: For hardcore oldschoolers, this is the most interesting of the new set. It is an extremely demanding, but masterable, game. It helps that it was the game to introduce the cool Williams sound system to the world.

Paperboy: This won't be the version to finally give us an arcade-quality Paperboy experience because that depends on having a handlebar controller.

Root Beer Tapper: Fun for a short while, but overrated.

Cyberball: An interesting game, but it hasn't aged well in a world where sports games get yearly incremental releases.

Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3: Finally, a Midway X-box Live Arcade game that hasn't seen previous life in a Midway Arcade Treasures release! Although its being left out of MAT2 (while the original MK3 was included) can be fairly regarded as publisher stinginess. I am not an expert in fighting games, but I don't think the MKs stand the test of time. Might be fun for the nostalgia, but not otherwise.
