And you thought that SNK was only working on PS2 ports. Not so.

I guess the success of both Metal Slug Advance and Metal Slug 1 proved to SNK that there is a quite a market for Nintendo’s GBA. Famitsu is reporting that Metal Slug 2, Metal Slug X, and Metal Slug 3 will all be released on the Gameboy Advance.

Just picture all this shooting goodness on a Micro ** drool **

While I enjoy playing my GBA games on both my portable and my Gamecube’s GBA Player, it’s a shame I can’t enjoy 2 player mode with my wife. She actually really likes Metal Slug and Alien Hominid. I guess that’s another reason why I need that stickin’ PS2.
